This production introduced Mr. Leslie Hulf,
who takes over for a short stint as producer. Mr. Hulf had produced
a number of plays during the war whilst serving as a Captain in the
R.A.O.C.. On his retirement from the Services, he lived with his
wife in Cumberland, where he produced for the Askham Players "Dark
Tide" and several One Act Plays. Having recently moved to Lark Rise
in Hill Road, Fairlight, the Hulf's lost no time in joining the
Fairlight Players, who in turn have clearly welcomed them with open
arms.
